RECRUITMENT PROCESS  

The Talent that joins Riviera Dining Group is one of our greatest assets. We seek individuals that bring prior experience, critical skills, captivating personality traits and most importantly a desire to follow our culture and values. Our recruitment team reviews resumes on a regular basis for qualified candidates. Following the formal online application, select candidates will be contacted by our Talent Acquisition team to arrange a date and time for an initial pre-screen interview. Based on your success through the interview process, you may be called for additional in person or virtual interviews.

ONBOARDING PROCESS

 If successful during the interview process, a formal offer will be made. Next steps will be the on-boarding process whereby we will prepare you for your first day by reviewing administrative paperwork in advance. At Riviera Dining Group we take on-boarding seriously and want to ensure you have a positive experience during your orientation and the initial phases within your role and department. Ultimately, our Human Resources team wants to make sure you are set up for success and a wonderful career with us!

We have made a conscious effort to hire diverse talent across our organization. We teach this in our internal interview training and ultimately, it’s the correct thing to do. It is also important that we are open to hidden biases in the hiring process, why they are unavoidable, however, do not become a part of our decision making process. When we begin to look for talent, we dive into their interests, projects they have owned or the level of responsibility they have in their current or previous role(s). The information we garner aligns a very thoughtful conversation to assist with placement.  

Ultimately, we can hire diverse candidates on a regular cadence, however, it’s the inclusive culture that we take pride in. It is so important to bring fresh perspectives into the existing company culture here at RDG while creating strong goals to drive us forward.
