From One Concept to a Growing Hospitality Group
The launch of MILA in 2020 established the foundation for that vision, bringing together Mediterranean and Japanese influences with elevated design, entertainment, and hospitality. From there, RDG continued to develop new concepts and expand into new neighborhoods and markets.
Today, the portfolio spans multiple destinations across South and Central Florida, including Miami Beach, the Miami River, Brickell, Coconut Grove, and Winter Park..

Upcoming projects represent the next evolution of the RDG portfolio, including HONŌ, an elevated Japanese steakhouse planned for the 65th floor of E11EVEN Hotel & Residences in Miami in Spring 2027.
